We sat down with our newly promoted Operations Manager, Kirsty, to look back on her incredible journey with us over the last 3 years!
Just over 3 years ago, Kirsty heard that we were supplying our door supervision service to a venue where she used to work at!
Kirsty started as a door supervisor with us on that exact venue, but through her hard work and dedication, she quickly progressed as a Head Door Supervisor
Over the last 3+ years, she has seen the industry grow! Internal and external relationships between different teams and sectors have improved significantly, Kirsty has said! Everyone is working as 1 time, where everyone has the same goal – to ensure everyone has a safe night!
We asked Kirsty what she is most proud of whilst being at T3 Security, and she answered with 2 simple words – ‘Career Growth’.
Progressing from DS to HD and now to Operations Manager in 3 years is an amazing achievement and we could not be prouder!
