Head Door Supervisor Roles

We are currently recruiting experienced Head Door Supervisors with a proven track record of leadership and management in the security industry. This is a senior role that requires confidence, excellent communication, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

As a Head Door Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for coordinating security staff, liaising with venue management and local authorities, and ensuring that every team member upholds the highest standards of professionalism and safety. You will play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming environment for both venue staff and customers, setting the tone for how the security team operates.

To be considered for this role, you must have:
• At least three years of leadership experience in the security industry
• A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• A proactive approach to managing teams and challenging situations
• The ability to work closely with venue managers, emergency services, and other stakeholders

Proof of leadership experience will be required during the interview process.

Door Supervisor Opportunities

We’re also looking for SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to work across Newcastle in busy, high-profile venues.
